Alstonville is a town of 6,000 people located on the far north coast of New South Wales, 2 hours south of Brisbane and half an hour from Byron Bay, the most easterly point in Australia. It is a 10 minute drive from the nearest beaches in Ballina, but we live on a stretch of the coastal hinterland that has an abundance of beautiful beaches.
Our house is a free-standing 3 bedroom brick house with 1/4 of an acre of garden. It has a kitchen, separate dining area off the kitchen, lounge room with sliding door overlooking the front garden, laundry with the second toilet, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a covered back verandah. The house has polished floorboards throughout.
We have a small car available for your use as well.
The area has a very mild winter climate and a warm summer climate.
Swaps do not need to be simultaneous as we have a caravan, so if you want to come at a time that is not suitable for us to go to your house, we can take a holiday in Australia in our caravan while you are here.
We are open to swaps almost anywhere.
